Unless expressly stated otherwise, CCTVBuddy acts as a connecting platform and does not directly supply products or perform installation, repair, or maintenance services offered by independent third-party providers.
You agree to use CCTVBuddy for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry or registering as a partner.
You must not:
Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or intentionally duplicate enquiries.

By submitting your contact details and requirements, you authorise CCTVBuddy to share relevant enquiry information with suitable providers for the purpose of responding to your request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Customers should provide accurate contact details and service requirements so that providers can respond appropriately.
Quotations are provided by the respective dealers or service providers based on the customer's requirements. Prices may vary according to camera brand, specifications, quantity, installation complexity, cable length, accessories, location, labour, taxes, and other applicable factors.
Before confirming an order or service, customers should verify:
Product specifications, availability, and compatibility.
Installation, delivery, labour, and additional charges.
Taxes, payment terms, and the final payable amount.
Warranty coverage, service commitments, and estimated completion time.
CCTVBuddy may help customers compare available quotations but does not guarantee the lowest price, a fixed quotation, or the suitability of every offer.
The final decision to select a dealer or service provider rests with the customer. Any changes to an agreed quotation or scope of work should be confirmed directly with the selected provider.
Dealers and service providers connected through CCTVBuddy operate independently unless expressly stated otherwise.
Partners are expected to:
Provide accurate business details, contact information, and relevant service information.
Communicate quotations, applicable charges, and service conditions clearly.
Honour the commitments agreed with customers.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and use customer information only for lawful, relevant purposes.
Comply with applicable laws and respect customer privacy.
Address customer complaints concerning their products or services in accordance with applicable obligations.
The selected provider is responsible for fulfilling arrangements agreed with the customer, including product supply, installation, repair, maintenance, workmanship, delivery, warranties, and after-sales support.
CCTVBuddy may review reported concerns and take appropriate action regarding a partner's access to the platform. However, a listing or introduction does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of the provider's quality, performance, credentials, or reliability.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that applicable law places on CCTVBuddy or a service provider.
CCTVBuddy does not directly collect payments from customers for CCTV installation services. Customers make payment arrangements directly with their selected dealer or service provider.
Before confirming an order or service, customers should clarify:
The final price and applicable taxes.
Any advance payment or booking amount.
Cancellation and rescheduling conditions.
Refund eligibility and applicable deductions.
Warranty coverage and after-sales support.
The relevant provider is responsible for collecting payments and handling cancellations and refunds for arrangements made directly with that provider, subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.
Customers should retain payment receipts, quotations, and written confirmation of the agreed service conditions.
CCTVBuddy may assist customers in communicating concerns to a provider but does not guarantee a refund for payments made directly to a third party. This does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
If CCTVBuddy introduces a separate paid service for customers, the applicable payment, cancellation, and refund conditions will be communicated separately.
This section applies to CCTV dealers and service providers who register with CCTVBuddy or purchase partner plans or other services directly from the platform.
A registered CCTV dealer or service provider who is dissatisfied with CCTVBuddy's services may submit a refund request within 3 calendar days of activating the relevant partner plan or first availing the applicable service, as appropriate.
The request must be submitted through our official contact channel and include relevant account and payment details.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. Refund eligibility will be assessed according to the applicable partner terms, the nature of the service provided, and applicable law.
Refund requests received after the initial three-day period will be reviewed at the discretion of CCTVBuddy, subject to applicable law and any specific terms agreed with the partner.
CCTVBuddy may approve or reject such requests after considering the circumstances, the services already provided, and the applicable terms.
Where a refund is approved, CCTVBuddy may deduct applicable charges for services provided and costs incurred, where legally permissible and properly disclosed before purchase.
These deductions may include:
Account creation and activation charges.
Operational and administrative charges.
Account management charges.
Other applicable service fees communicated before purchase.
The final refundable amount, if any, will be calculated after deducting applicable charges from the eligible payment.
Applicable charges and deductions will not override any mandatory refund rights under applicable law.
Approved refunds will be processed after the request has been reviewed, the applicable deductions calculated, and the necessary details verified.
Refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, subject to payment provider requirements. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
This policy applies to payments made by CCTV dealers and service providers to CCTVBuddy for partner plans or other platform services.
It does not govern payments made by customers directly to dealers for CCTV products, installation, repairs, or other services. Such transactions are covered by the agreed terms between the customer and the relevant provider, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate requirements, reviewing quotations, confirming service terms, and obtaining appropriate receipts or invoices from the selected provider.
Before proceeding, customers should ensure that the proposed CCTV installation meets their needs and complies with applicable laws.
Cameras should be positioned and used responsibly, respecting the privacy and lawful rights of neighbours, visitors, employees, and other individuals.
Customers should confirm equipment specifications, installation scope, storage requirements, and ongoing maintenance needs with their selected provider.
CCTVBuddy handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
When submitting an enquiry, customers authorise the sharing of relevant information with suitable providers for the purpose of responding to that enquiry, subject to applicable law and any required permissions.
Customers may receive relevant calls, messages, or emails from CCTVBuddy or providers handling their enquiries. Such communications must comply with applicable legal requirements.
Dealers and service providers must handle customer information received through the platform responsibly and use it only for lawful, relevant purposes. They must not misuse customer information for unrelated marketing or disclose it without an appropriate legal basis.

CCTVBuddy makes reasonable efforts to keep its website information accurate and useful. However, dealer listings, prices, product details, service availability, and other information may change or may not always be complete or current.
